Himachal CM to present state budget for 2016-17 tomorrow

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, who also holds the finance portfolio, would present the budget for 2016-17 in the state assembly tomorrow.
No new taxes were proposed in the previous three budgets presented by Singh during the present term. As per sources, there may be no deviation this year also.
This would be his fourth budget during the present term as well as the 19th general budget since he became the chief minister in April 1983.
