The protests will be held on January 7.
As part of the protest, Himachal Pradesh Congress unit will also submit a memorandum to the President through deputy commissioners against the demonetisation of old Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes.
On January 7, Mahila Congress would stage demonstrations across the state with 'Thali and Belan' and all the ministers, party MPs, MLAs and state office bearers, chair persons and vice chairpersons, presidents of Municipal bodies would participate in a national conference of Congress in Delhi on January 11, said a statement from the party.
Sukkhu claimed that demonetisation only benefitted a few people while the majority suffered.
He alleged that some BJP members had known of demonetisation and they purchased properties to convert their black money into white and even Himachal witnessed such land deals, especially in Shimla, Solan and Bilaspur districts.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi had sought 50 days for the situation to normalise and he should now tell the people how much black money had been detected, Sukkhu said.
