Hindi daily editor killed in road mishap

The editor of a Hindi daily and two of his family members were today killed and five others injured when their jeep skidded off the road and hit a tree at R Badmal, about 30 km from here, police said.
Debendra Kar, editor of the daily published from Raipur, his wife Dipika and elder sister Binodini Panda were killed and his three children, a relation and the driver were seriously injured when they were returning to Raipur from Puri, they said.
All the injured were admitted to the VSS Medical College Hospital at Burla.
