"We would launch the HITS service by January next year. It would have a pan-India service," Hinduja Ventures Group Chief Executive Officer (Media) Tony D'silva told PTI.
On being asked about the tariffs, he said it would be decided by the local cable operator, Hinduja Ventures (HVL) would only provide technical support.
"We would only be service provider. The tariffs would only be determined by the cable operator. We would have conditional access, call centre, billing and all other back-end services," D'silva added.
"We are only for delivery of signals in this service," he said.
