As per the job portal, hiring for permanent and temporary positions are looking positive for the remaining six months of the year.
As per CareerBuilder, around 73 per cent of employers plan to hire full-time permanent staff over the next six months and 60 per cent plan to hire temporary or contract workers in the second half of the year, the report said.
"Employers in India appear to be well ahead of their global colleagues in their hiring strategies and with just under three quarters of Indian firms looking to hire more full-time and permanent workers in the second half of 2015, the future is looking bright for Indian employees," CareerBuilder India Managing Director Premlesh Machama said.
According to the survey, 68 per cent employers will increase salary levels by 5 per cent or more. While, 79 per cent plan to increase starting salaries on job offers over the next six months and almost six in 10 employers will raise starting salaries by 5 per cent or more.
