'History-sheeter' headmaster arrested with illegal arms

A school headmaster has been arrested for his alleged role in supply of illegal arms and ammunition at Meerut, police said today.
Two pistols and 19 cartridges were also seized from his possession yesterday, SP (Rural) Sarvan Kumar said.
The suspect was posted as the headmaster of a government primary school in Jasola village in the district, he said.
It has also come to the fore that the man was a history-sheeter, police added.
