"In the current financial year, we have set a target of selling six lakh two-wheelers in the central India region against last year's sale of 5.20 lakh in the same segment," HMSI Deputy General Manager Sales P Rajagopi told PTI today.

HMSI's central India region includes states of Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Uttarakhand, he said.
Rajagopi said that an economic improvement in rural areas will help the company in enhancing its sales in these states by 25 per cent.
