Hockey players felicitated

Top hockey players including members of the junior World Cup winning team and the Rio Olympics were today felicitated by Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan during an exhibition match here.
The exhibition match was played between Petroleum Sports Promotion Board (PSPB) and Rest of India, a press release said.
Pradhan also felicitated sportspersons of Odisha from other sporting disciplines, it said.
The fast paced hockey match witnessed close competition between the two teams but in the end Rest of India prevailed over PSPB by 4-1.
The coaches of both the teams were also felicitated on the occasion.
The players are currently practicing at the preparation camp in Bengaluru for Azlan Shah Tournament which will held in Malaysia.
