The firm will provide action and stunt technique services and equipment to Indian film producers including those from Punjab and southern part of the country.
"Action Tek or Action technology will provide action and stunt technique services and equipment all under one roof on the line of Hollywood film stunts at an economical rates. All logistical knowhow, creative discussions, dummy sequencing shall be rendered at the local producers/production houses door-step," Bomalick said today.
Action Tek will be launched from Jalandhar next month and then services will also be available in Mumbai in January, Gokal added.
Bomalick, technician-turned-action director, who comes with an experience of over 25 years, has also directed action sequences in Hollywood films like 'Cloud Atlas', 'Mission Impossible IV' and yet-to-be-released Die-Hard V.
Bomalick said that they will also train young stuntsmen in different parts of the country keeping in mind their proficiency in various disciplines.
"If we compare the stunts in Hollywood with those of Bollywood, there is a huge gap at the technological level, intensity and size...We will also train people keeping in view the areas they are proficient in, like some may be good in high falls while others may be good at driving and so on," Bomalick said.

The action director said with technological advancements and increasing demand of action sequences in films including Indian films, they want to provide services that are affordable and available next door.
Asked why he was not seen working with Bollywood after Akshay Kumar starrer 'Blue' three years back, Bomalick said that he was busy with other international projects.
"Currently, I am working from Berlin, from where I can easily access the US, Europe and even India," he said.
Asked how the stunts have changed over the years, he said that the use of technology has increased today.
"Wire or cable work has come a long way," he said, adding that safety aspect was paramount for him which is not that good in India.
He said stringent standards are in place in countries like US, particularly keeping environment in mind while executing stunts that involve usage of hazardous chemicals and other heavy equipment.
