Home delivery of voter enrolment service launched in Kathua

To provide a last chance to voters in Kathua district who have so far not enrolled their names in the voter list, the election commission has launched a home delivery of voter enrolment service for them.
"With just 10 days left for enrolment as voters under continuous updation for the assembly elections, the district administration has launched home delivery of voter enrolment service for the people willing to enrol their names in the voter list in Kathua district," an official spokesman said.
He said apart from home delivery of the voter enrolment service, 300 voter facilitation centres have also been set up in the district for continuous updation of the voter list.

The scheme has been launched to provide a last opportunity to the voters who were unable to update their names in the voter list.
