"There is a competition between politics of development and honesty and politics of loot and falsehood in Haryana. The people have to act responsibly and take appropriate decision keeping in view their larger interests," Hooda said while addressing series of public meetings here on the last day of campaigning today.
Claiming that Congress would win all 10 seats in Haryana, he said, there was a perceptible wave in favour of the party unleashed by all-round development brought about by the state government.
Hitting out at Opposition INLD, Hooda accused it of playing the politics of loot and fraud, and said that people belonging to every section of the society were dissatisfied during INLD regime.
The Haryana CM said that the people in the state were against INLD as they do not want the rule of "terror and fear to return."
On the issue of adoption of the Gujarat model for the entire country by the BJP, he said the claims of Gujarat has been exposed.
