Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry today hoped that the new Government would look into infrastructure needs, for which trade and industrial associations and NGOs had already submitted a wish list.
Congratulating AIADMK supremo and chief Minister Jayalalithaa for her historic win in the May 16 assembly polls, Chamber President D Nandakumar in a letter to her said the entire Western Tamil Nadu, particularly Coimbatore, has always supported AIADMK, which was clearly seen in this poll.
"The Chamber and all other affiliated Industrial associations always look forward to work closely with the new Government in the State under your dynamic leadership and +the landmark victory strongly demonstrates the popular support for the inclusive governance of yourself," he said.
The Trade and Industry looks to the golden era of the State's economy under your dynamic leadership and with your vast experience, as you have been given a firm mandate by the people to rule for the next five years," Nandakumar said.
People of the region assure the un-stinted cooperation and support in all the endeavours in making our Tamil Nadu a Global Hub in all spheres of activities, he said.
