Hot, humid morning in national capital

Delhiites woke up to a hot and humid morning today with the minimum temperature settling at three notches above normal.
"The minimum temperature was recorded at 8.30 AM at 20.5 degrees Celsius, three notches above normal," a MeT official said.
The humidity was recorded at 42 per cent.
The weatherman said the mercury will rise towards noon and is expected to settle around 42 degrees Celsius.
Yesterday, the minimum temperature was recorded at 23.5 degrees Celsius, while the maximum settled at 40.6 degrees Celsius.
