As the House assembled at 1100 hours, the Parliamentary Affairs Minister R S Rathore and Leader of Opposition R Dudi stood on their seats informing about the Meghwal's birthday.
The house by common voice greeted Meghwal for entering into 82 years.
Later, in his chamber Speaker told reporters it was the rarest day as the House was called on Sunday, and it was a coincidence too that it was his birthday and that Rajasthan was celebrating the festival of Gangaur with fervour.
To compensate two days of recess of March 17 and 18, the House also had sitting yesterday.
