After a gap of more than seven years, the tribunal, which was wound up by the previous BJP government in 2008, started functioning on February 28.
Of those cleared by the tribunal, 19 were fresh cases while the remaining four were old which were sent by the Himachal Pradesh High Court.
51 matters were listed for hearing including those related to non-awardingof benefits to retired personnel, transfer of employeesand seniority disputes among others.
According to a source at the tribunal office, the tribunal will hold circuit benches every alternative month for a week at Mandi and Dharamshalatill March 2016, after which they will beheld every month.
