The seven-member Lawrence school team was the youngest team to scale the highest peak of the world, Singh said.
He also congratulated the school staff for motivating the students.
The team of Lawrence school was flagged-off from Shimla by the chief minister on April 2.
Singh also felicitated Himachal Pradesh mountaineers Rajat, Khimi Ram, Ashwani Kumar and Kami Dawa, who were a part of nine member NCC expedition, which scaled Mt Everest recently.
