Announcing this while presiding over a meeting of MLAs, Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh said that with the consistent efforts of the state government, the Centre had restored the funding for core centrally sponsored schemes in the ratio of 90:10.
The state would give priority to get funds for the priorities of the MLAs under grant based programmes of the central government, he added.
Addressing the MLAs from Solan, Sirmaur and Shimla districts in a meeting held for ascertaining their developmental priorities to be included in the Budget, Singh said the government has made a provision in the Budget for preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) by outsourcing work on account of the fact that projects are delayed due to lag in preparation of DPRs.
Singh directed the concerned departments to pay utmost attention to the priorities of the MLA and said that routine joint meetings of officers of PWD, Forest and Revenue departments should be held to ensure speedy clearance of road projects.

The Chief Minister has directed to stop sub-letting of contract works and take action if any such case was found and also to blacklist the contractor.
He has also asked for expedition of work on sewerage scheme of Sarkaghat and complete it at the earliest.
He also directed to undertake Mochka-Kharga kuhl work at the earliest and to complete the work Sarahan-Baagipul-Pathar road.
