The chief minister, who was presiding over a conference of Deputy Commissioners and Superintendents of Police here today, said that these districts included Thanesar (Kurukshetra district), Jagadhari, Rohtak, Rewari, Jind, Kaithal, Karnal and Faridabad.
He said that help desks would be set up in the E-Disha Kendras in these districts.
"The help desks would provide services like general queries regarding stamp duty and collector rates etc, deed preparation using the standard deed templates, preliminary checking of deeds using check list to ensure that all the related documents have been supplied by the citizens, issuance of appointment for deed registration and delievery of registered deeds," an official release
He said that the presence of Sub-Registrar would be mandatory in the office from 9 am to 2 pm.

In the meeting, the chief minister was apprised that the check-list and templates has been finalised and would be uploaded on the website of the department within a couple of days.
On this, the chief minister directed that the standard templates developed should be in both Hindi and English languages for the convenience of general public.
He also asked the concerned officers "to replace the words of templates given in Urdu and Farsi (Persian)" with Hindi so that the people could easily understand the same.
