HRTC to run AC buses on inter-district routes

The Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) will be running luxury air-conditioned buses on the routes connecting district head quarters, state Transport Minister G S Bali said here today.
The HRTC would be replacing all its ordinary buses, running between the two district headquarters with the luxury AC buses.
"To start with, four buses have been put into service on Dharamsala-Shimla route. Soon, the other important ruotes within the state shall be converted by these buses," the minister said here.
Bali, while inougurating this AC bus service. Himachal has more than 100 Volvo buses running on inter-state routes mostly from Dharamsala, Shimla and Manali.
