Humidity eases as rainfall lashes Delhi

Rains today lashed some areas of the national capital, easing the soaring humidity levels and bringing down the mercury by a few notches.
Showers continued in several parts of the city since yesterday. The national capital region received 1.2 mm rainfall till 11.30 AM, a MET official said.
The maximum temperature in the day would settle at 34 degrees Celsius, weather officials said.
Yesterday, the maximum temperature settled at 36 degrees Celsius in the city and the minimum was recorded at 26.6 degrees. Humidity level oscillated between 62 and 87 per cent.
