CDs of the Surya-starrer 'Singam-II', 'Mariyan' and 'Sonnal Puriyadu,' were also recovered during a raid on a shop, Assistant Commissioner of Police Chandrasekaran said.
Some computers and two copying machines were seized.
'Thalaiva' was released in other places on Friday last barring Tamil Nadu and Puducherry where it was put off following threats received by some theatres.
