The delegation is visiting at the invitation of the government of Pakistan, Foreign Office spokesman Moazzam Khan said today.
"During their visit, they will be calling on the Prime Minister, the Foreign Minister and Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan," Khan said.
"The visit of the Kashmiri delegation to Pakistan will provide them an opportunity to exchange views with leaders, politicians and other opinion-makers on Kashmir," he said.
The Hurriyat Conference's hardline faction led by Syed Ali Shah Geelani has rejected the invitation saying it would prefer to stay with people instead of taking part in photo opportunities.
The delegation will also meet the chairman and members of a parliamentary special committee on Kashmir.
The Kashmiri leaders will visit Muzaffarabad, the capital of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, and meet the leadership of the region.
