Hyderabad airport ranked world's 3rd best

The Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) has been ranked third top airport in the world for the seventh consecutive year in ACI ASQ ranking, in 5-15 million passengers per annum (MPPA) category.
In its announcement of winners for ASQ Award, 2015, Airports Council International (ACI) declared Hyderabad Airport - operated and managed by GMR Hyderabad International Airport (GHIAL) - as the third best airport in the world in this category, GHIAL said in a statement.

Havas Media bags media mandate of Brick Eagle Group
Havas Media Group India has bagged the integrated media mandate of Brick Eagle Group, a financial services platform for the affordable housing.
The expected size of the account is above Rs 20 crore and it will be handled from the Havas Media office in Mumbai.

Persistent closes purchase of Citrix Systems' product lines
IT firm Persistent Systems today said it has closed the acquisition of Citrix Systems' CloudPlatform and CloudPortal Business Manager product lines.
Persistent Systems, through its US subsidiary signed an agreement with Swiss subsidiary of Citrix Systems, to acquire the Citrix CloudPlatform and CloudPortal Business Manager product lines in an asset purchase transaction.
"The acquisition was subject to customary closing conditions. Persistent Systems Ltd has now closed its purchase," Persistent said in a statement.

Evernote allows India users to make payment in local currency
Evernote, a note-taking and productivity app, today today announce localised credit card payment and discounted pricing for its users in India.
Users can now pay in Indian Rupee for Evernote Plus (Rs 850) and Premium (Rs 1,500)subscriptions using credit cards, in addition to purchases on major app stores, Evernote said in a statement.
Localised credit card payment is currently available to VISA and MasterCard credit card users.
It will roll out other payment options later in the year, in addition to Evernote Business, the team and corporate oriented version of the service, it added.

* Komli Media renews strategic partnership with Twitter
Digital media technology brand Komli Media today said it has renewed its partnership with Twitter for India till March 2017.
Komli signed this partnership for the first time with Twitter in 2012.
Under the renewed agreement, Komli will continue to help Twitter expand its promoted products suite of advertising products and emphasise on the company's monetisation efforts, Konli said in a statement.
Komli would be reaching out to the huge Indian mid-market segment and help them target potential customers on Twitter, it added.
