The 33-year-old 'Homeland' star, who is currently expecting her first child with husband Hugh Dancy, believes she achieved a lot because she is so hard on herself but wishes she could be happier, reported Daily Mirror.
"I am very, very hard on myself. I'm not being obnoxious, I am just excessively self-critical. It has served me well in a lot of ways, but I think I rely way too heavily on it.
"I think it's not all that efficient and there are better ways to be creative and productive. You should just accept and be happy with yourself," she said.
