The 'Anything Could Happen' hitmaker said that her body has changed since becoming a vegetarian six months ago, and doing regular exercise, reported Digital Spy.
"I'm way more womanly now. I'm a bit more confident with my body," she said.
Goulding, 27, also reiterated her belief that female singers can wear whatever they like, as long as they're making decent music.
"If someone's making good music, I don't care about anything else. Some of the most successful girls don't portray themselves as sex symbols. Lorde doesn't dress like a skank," she said.
