Bhooter Bhabisyot Director Anik Dutta said, "The frequent use of the word interesting has turned it in a stock phrase in case of even average films.

Actor Shuvasis Mukherjee, having played the pivotal role of an artiste binding the different stories said "Pendulum is the first ever such attempt in Bengalee cinema which seeks to reconstruct-de-construct an actual event in the space of time," the national award winner Herbert actor said.
