I hates selfies: Twiggy

British fashion icon Twiggy says she hates the idea of taking selfies.
The 67-year-old model said she does not understand why people use their own cameras to take pictures of themselves and then post them online, reported Female First.
"The person who invented selfies. I hate the bloody things. I just don't get them," the model replied when asked what she would get rid of from the world.
Twiggy, whose real name is Lesley Lawson, feels embarrassed when people ask her to pose for selfies, especially when they are drunk.
"I was at a black tie do and a very tipsy young lady asked if she could take a selfie with me in the loo.

"I declined and I found it very embarrassing. When the booze starts to flow, people can get very excitable."

The 60s icon said she is proud to have followed her dreams and thinks people should always be brave enough to do the things that excite them.
"Follow your dreams. I've met so many people in their fifties who say there was something they wanted to do but never did because they weren't brave enough.
"So I say do it, even if it doesn't work. At least you won't have any regrets.
