"We have sent invitations to all the clubs but baring Dempo, United Sikkim and Salgaocar, none of them seem to be too interested to attend the seminar. They have not sent their consent yet," an AIFF official told PTI ahead of the five-day seminar, to be held in Navi Mumbai from July 16 to 20.
The aim of the seminar is to have synchronisation of the 4-3-3 system among all age groups, modern coaching techniques, feeder line and supply line lectures.
Besides Koevermans and Bann, technical director, regional and elite academies Scott O'Donell, and head coach youth development, Colm Joseph Toal will be addressing the seminar.
The opening day will have former India captain Bhaichung Bhutia as guest speaker. Besides, AIFF general secretary Kushal Das will speak on Long Term Future of Indian football.
"We have invited around 70 coaches for the seminar including the coaches from all I-League Clubs and all AIFF contracted coaches," Das said.
"The seminar gives us the opportunity to exchange knowledge and discuss our new vision for the future development of Indian football," said Baan.
