The 37-year-old 'Breathe Me' hitmaker was linked to the actor when the duo were spotted attending a Jay-Z concert together last month, reported Aceshowbiz.

Pattinson recently split from his ex-girlfriend Kristen Stewart after her fling with married director Rupert Sanders became public.
