The singer, who battled breast cancer in 2005, would still love to have her own family but is realistic about the fact that it may not be possible because of her age, reported Contactmusic.
"I'm still hopeful to have a family. But being an older woman I'm realistic, you have to think about it, you can't say you will or you won't because ultimately it isn't up to you," said Minogue.
The 'I Should Be So Lucky' singer has pledged that she would devote her complete attention to her three nephews if her wish of having her own baby cannot be fulfilled.
The singer had previously admitted she was not sure regarding her ability to have children after cancer treatment.
"Going through cancer means there's a lot of unknowns - whether you can or can't have children. Cancer doesn't happen and go away and you're done with it.
"For a woman, everyone's story is different. Here are a million different versions of a cancer story but, for me, that was something I had to being to accept back then, which is not what you want to expect," she explained.
