I think we allow men to get away with things: Charlize Theron

Actress Charlize Theron says she thinks men have it easy, while women have to struggle through a lot even in today's times.
The 41-year-old actress says society is responsible for it and the mindset needs to change, reported Elle magazine.
"I do think that men have it a lot easier than women. I think men are forgiven for their mistakes much easier than women. It's a societal thing. I think we allow men to get away with things and we're harsher with women," says Theron.
The "Fate of the Furious" actress says sometimes women end up being the "worst enemies" of other women.

"We've got to work on that. I don't like that. We keep talking about that but we're sometimes the worst enemy of other females and we have to change that," she adds.
