The 47-year-old actor, who was famously axed from the hit US sitcom after falling out with show boss Chuck Lorre, said he would like to appear in its last ever episode when it is finally canned, reported Sun online.
Speaking on The Late Show with David Letterman he said, "I would like to appear on their final episode."
And reminded by host Letterman that that may be difficult as his character was killed off, Sheen said, "I am dead, but so is the show!"
Sheen was replaced as the lead character in the comedy by Demi Moore's ex Ashton Kutcher.
At the time of his sacking in 2011, Sheen was suffering a very public meltdown.
