"Koffee with Karan", the celebrity talk show, has entertained the audience for five seasons and now this Sunday the show will have its 100th episode going on air with Bollywood superstar Salman Khan.
"I was told in the initial days, don't do a talk show, it will take away the mystique as a filmmaker. Don't do a talk show, it will kind of open you up. It will make you sound frivolous. You are a filmmaker you shouldn't sound frivolous," Karan said in a statement here.
The "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" helmer says he has always been himself on the show.
"I am playing myself and I am proud to be myself. And I hope people eventually envelop who I am. I am all about 'Koffee with Karan' the fun, the frivolousness and most importantly the fabulousness. I have enjoyed these last 12 years and I am ready to hit the century," he said.
