IAC core committee member Shivendra Singh Chauhan, who was present, told reporters that the rally would press for right to recall and gram swaraj and would be held at the historic Gandhi Maidan here.
He said former army chief V K Singh, ex-Punjab police chief Shashikant and core committee member Kiran Bedi would participate in the rally.
Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and Kumar Viswas, who have parted ways to form a political party will not be participating in the Patna rally, he added.
