The two-day fair, organised by the Indian Air Force Placement Cell (IAFPC), was inaugurated by the Chief of the Staff, Air Chief Marshal Arup Raha at the Air Force Auditorium, Subroto Park here.
It was organised to provide placement opportunity to IAF personnel who have quit service.
IAFPC has had Memoranda of Undertaking (MoUs) with ICICI Bank and Monster.Com for providing placement opportunities to the highly skilled air warriors.
It also has a tie up with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) that has been instrumental in promoting retired air warriors into the corporate world in a big way, an official statement said.

It has enabled technicians of the Air Force to get employment in Bangalore Metro and Hyderabad Metro.
A large number of private as well as public sector undertakings had set up stalls at the venue to pick up the right talent.
The prominent names included HAL (Nasik Division), BDL, Reliance JIO, Muthoot Finance, Tata Power SED, HDFC Life, Havells, GE Corporate.
