IDBI Federal Life launches iSurance Flexi Term Insurance Plan

IDBI Federal Life Insurance today launched a new iSurance Flexi Term Insurance Plan, claimimg that it is flexible, comprehensive and in-step with the changing lifestyle and needs.
The plan continues up to 80 years of age of the life insured, the company said in a release issued here.
ISurance Flexi Term Insurance Plan gives customers multiple choices within the same product, including a conversion option in the event of a critical illness, IDBI Federal Life Insurance CMO Head Products and Strategy Karthik Raman said.

Elior India appoints Sanjay Kumar as CEO * Elior Group, a France-based contract food and support services provider, has appointed Sanjay Kumar as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Elior India.

He will report to Elior Group Chairman and CEO Philippe Salle. He is also a member of the Group Management Committee, Elior Group said in a statement.

Currently, Kumar is the CEO of engineering consulting services for Altran India and will leave this position in February 2017 to join Elior Group.

PTCUL awards construction contract to ABB India * To meet the rising energy needs, state utility PTCUL (Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand Ltd) has awarded ABB India a contract to construct a transmission substation in Khandukhal, Uttarakhand.
The substation has recently been successfully commissioned and serves to evacuate power generated from the rivers of this northern Indian state and integrate it into the national grid, the company said in a statement.
