IED planted on road side at Tourung in Manipur

A powerful improvised explosive device was found by the Assam Rifles personnel at Torbung in Churachandpur district this morning, official sources said.
It is suspected that the IED planted on a road side of the Imphal-Aizawl National Highway 150, was targeted on security personnel.
The device has been defused by the Assam Rolfe's bomb squad, the sources said.
