The new brand identity signifies the city-based company's renewed commitment to its mission of providing access to finance for the under-banked in the country, a press release said.
The company said, it would also digitise the business, diversify and forge strategic alliances across new markets.
The company also signed its first international MoU with a large global bank and has received anchor investor interest for its first overseas alternate investment fund, the release said, declining to divulge more details.
Northern Arc Capital was also in the process of making its first overseas joint-venture investment which would provide the company an opportunity to extend onto a global platform, the release said.
"We will forge strong strategic partnerships with domestic and international institutions that are committed to the long-run," Fernandes said.
The company has partnered with more than 140 institutions since 2008 and has enabled debt financing of USD seven billion across various sectors, the release added.
