IG International launches South African Shelly mangoes

India's largest fresh fruit importer IG International today said it has launched Shelly mangoes, a variety originating in South Africa, in the country. The first batch of the fruit was launched in January and will be available till the end of February, it said.

HDFC seeks shareholders nod for Esop, up share capital
Mortgage lender HDFC today sought shareholders' nod to increase the authorised share capital to Rs 350 crore and to consider an employees stock option scheme.
HDFC informed the exchanges that it will be holding a postal ballot to consider and to pass the resolution "to increase the authorised share capital from Rs 340 crore comprising 170,00,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each to Rs 350 crore comprising 175,00,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each."
The company will also seek shareholders nod to issue or offer ESOS aggregating to a nominal face value not exceeding Rs 9.97 crore represented by 4,98,51,524 equity shares of Rs 2 each, it said.
