The campus will come up over 170 acres of land, already allotted to the institution, along Tiruchirappalli-Pudukottai highway, IIM-T Director Prafulla Agnihotri said.
The building complex, which will be completed in two phases, will have classrooms and other requirements including hostels for boys and girls, he said in a statement here.
The institution has been functioning from the National Institute of Technology campus on Tiruchirappalli-Thanjavur highway for the past five years.
