During a search operation, two liqour-laden trucks were intercepted in the Ladnun area yesterday, Superintendent of Police Bhupinder Sahu told reporters.
The two drivers identified as Vijay Soni and Jameer Singh were arrested as they failed to hand over the documents related to the liquor being transported by them, he said.
Several cartons of illicit liqour and beer were seized in the raid, the police official said.
