"Students are in depression after the recent fiasco. Mental balance is imperative as they have to deal with people on a daily basis. Therefore, a lecture series is being organised to help them cope with stress," IMA (Kanpur) president, Aarti Lal Chandani said.
This open-for-all lecture series will be delivered by psychologists, psychiatrists and management gurus to help students overcome mental pressure and return to normalcy.
The series, which includes lectures on behaviour therapy, psychotherapy, management relationship, public relations and media relationship, will help them deal with people, said Lal.
