Chairing a meeting with the department officers, he said that to provide much needed respite to the needy and the downtrodden population of the state, the priority of the department should be to implement all the welfare schemes in the true spirit.
He said that the instructions have been issued to the officers, to ensure the implementation of welfare schemes as enlisted in the five year plan, an official spokesperson said.
