The India-Bangladesh Home Minister level dialogue also amended bilateral extradition treaty to facilitate prompt exchange of each other's wanted terrorists and other criminals.
"We have decided to enhance our anti-terror cooperation in all sphere. India will be side by side with Bangladesh in fighting terror," Bangladesh Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan said after the delegation level talks with his Indian counterpart Rajnath Singh.
Asked about involvement of ISIS in the July 1 terror attack in Dhaka where 22 people, including one Indian girl, were killed, Khan said "all terrorists were home grown. There is no ISIS in Bangladesh".
"There was no discussion on ISIS," he said.

Khan also denied discussing about Islamist preacher Zakir Naik, whose sermon allegedly inspired one of the terrorists who attacked the Dhaka cafe on July 1.
Union Minister of State for Home Kiren Rijiju, who participated the dialogue, said it was a "very good" meeting where there was not a single issue where the two sides disagreed.
"It was a very good discussion. There was no difference even in one point," he said, adding there will be more frequent interaction between security officials of both the countries.
Other issues which figured in the meeting include enhancement of security along the international border, visa, infiltration, smuggling of narcotics and cattle, etc.
Bangladeshi counter-terror officials, accompanying their Home Minister, met officials of the National Investigation Agency while officials of Border Guard Bangladesh met their counterparts of Border Security Force.
During the meeting, Home Minister Rajnath Singh assured
Bangladesh of India's fullest support and cooperation in its fight against terrorism, fundamentalism and radicalism, an official statement said.
Singh said the two countries have to be vigilant at all times and channelise efforts to defeat the terrorism and ensure peace, security and prosperity between the two countries.
Both sides reaffirmed their resolve to strengthen this relationship further on the basis of friendship, trust and understanding for mutual benefit, the statement said.
The two sides agreed to further strengthen the ongoing cooperation between the security and investigative agencies of the two countries through a programme of training, capacity building, information exchanges, etc, it said.
They expressed satisfaction over the signing of an addendum to the Bilateral Extradition Treaty of 2013 to further streamline the Treaty and to make it more effective.
They also agreed on the necessity of signing a Repatriation Treaty to simplify and expedite the procedure of repatriation of each other's nationals.
Both sides also agreed to undertake urgent action for the repatriation of released prisoners and victims of human trafficking.
India and Bangladesh emphasised the need for speedy operationalisation of three bilateral MoUs, including MoU between Indian Coast Guard and Bangladesh Coast Guard for the Establishment of Collaborative Relationship to Combat Transnational Illegal Activities at Sea and Develop Regional Cooperation and MoU to Prevent and Counter Smuggling and Circulation of Fake Currency Notes.
Both India and Bangladesh delegations emphasised the importance of effective implementation of the Coordinated Border Management Plan (CBMP) to enhance cooperation between the border guarding forces of the two countries and to enable them to better monitor the identified vulnerable areas with a view to preventing criminal activities, irregular movement, acts of violence and loss of lives along the border areas, the statement said.
Both Ministers expressed satisfaction at the finalisation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for allowing usage of Indian border roads for the construction and maintenance of Border Out Posts (BOPs) of Border Guards Bangladesh (BGB) as well as the use of Indian medical facilities in difficult areas along the border by BGB personnel deployed in the area.
India and Bangladesh were satisfied that regular meetings between District Deputy Commissioners and District Magistrates of border districts would facilitate resolution of issues pertaining to the border areas of both countries, the statement said.
Bangladesh Home minister will visit Kolkata and is expected to meet West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
