"To my mind, he (Trump) is negotiating... He seems to be throwing bombs in all directions and that is what is creating chaos," SpiceJet Chairman and Managing Director Ajay Singh said.
Since taking over as President on January 20, certain steps initiated by Trump, including restrictions imposed on migrants from certain countries, have raised concerns worldwide. Besides, the US has decided to pull out of the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade deal.
"We need to find the opportunities... And also look at our own self interest," he added.
About Indo-US ties, DCM Shriram Chairman Ajay Shriram said there should be a balanced approach.
