India International Security Expo to begin on September 19
Press Trust of India New Delhi The annual India International Security Expo, that showcases smart surveillance and protection gadgets, will begin in the national capital on September 19.
The three-day Expo to be held at Pragati Maidan here will have participation from security agencies like the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Bureau of Police Research and Development and those from private sector.
India Trade Promotion Organisation CMD L C Goyal and CISF ADG R K Pachnanda today held a press conference in this regard and said the expo will be a good opportunity for both government agencies and vendors to exchange ideas and procure required gadgets needed for internal security.
Anti-sabotage inspection systems, body worn camera for traffic police and commandos, endoscopic inspection system, law enforcement glasses, mini ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle), red light violation detection with automatic number plate recognition and speed display radar and many such items will be on display at the Expo.
