This is in addition to the 21 single stock futures and options contracts already available for trading on the India INX platform.
Indian Oil Corp, Aurobindo Pharma, Gail India, Tata Power, Tata Steel, Tata Motors, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Dr Reddy's Laboratories, are also among the 33 new derivative contracts introduced on the exchange's platform.
"India INX today received an approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India for introduction of 33 additional single stock futures and option contracts which will be available for trading from August 4, 2017," the exchange said in a statement.
India INX began operations on January 9, this year, at Gujarat International Finance Tec (GIFT) city -- the country's first International financial services centre (IFSC).
India INX has been witnessing a steady increase in the monthly turnover since it started operations. In July, the exchange clocked a turnover of USD 1,199.2 million.
It recorded a daily average turnover of USD 57.10 million in July 2017, a rise of 295 per cent from USD 14.44 million in April 2017 when single stock derivatives were launched on its platform, the statement said.
