'India needs to grow at 9-10% to lift millions out of poverty'

India needs to grow at 9-10 per cent per annum for the next three decades for lifting millions of people out of poverty, Niti Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant said today.
Speaking at an event here, Kant further said there is a need to make India an easy place to do business.
He also said India needs to become more integral part of global economy. Young people are disrupting the world and we need to recognise that, he noted.
