India-UAE Health Cooperation Programme, an exhibition and Continuing Medical Education (CME) programme which aims at promoting India as a global healthcare destination, is being organised by Indian tourism ministry in association with Indian Consulate in Dubai and FICCI.
The event is being supported by Dubai Health Authority, Dubai Healthcare City and IBPC.
The event will have an exhibition which will bring together top-notch medical professionals, leading healthcare and medical service providers from India, to showcase their international quality and great advancements made by the Indian Healthcare industry.
The exhibition - today and tomorrow - will feature several multi-specialty hospitals as well as centers for alternative healthcare like Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha & Homoeopathy.

Along with conference and seminars conducted by leading academics and industry professionals, Business to Business meetings and tie-ups with leading hospitals and healthcare centers in India will also be promoted during the India UAE Health Cooperation Programme in Dubai.
About 25 leading hospitals and healthcare institutions from India are participating in the event. Experienced Yoga performers from reputed National Institutes of Ministry of AYUSH will perform live Yoga demonstration.
The meet will also focus on capacity building and will try and create an ecosystem for exchange of ideas and services and develop a new vision for the future of the burgeoning medical industry between India and the Middle East.
The two sides will also explore avenues for value addition to the expanding business and trade ties between India and Middle East.
According to the Consul General of India in Dubai, 400,000 medical visitors are expected to visit India during 2015 and that there has been a robust growth in private healthcare delivery market.
