The trio has been preparing at the national sports camp in Ooty. When asked about what timings they expect in the race, Nitender said: "We have been training at the national camp for a while now and are in good shape. It will be difficult to comment who leads the race, however, we intend to finish the race in better time than last year."
The runners have been training at high altitudes and a colder weather in the hills of Tamil Nadu. When asked if the fog would be an issue in the current edition of ADHM, Gopi said that "we are prepared for the rough weather and will run through fog if required".
Talking to mediapersons, Jaisha said: "We will not be competing against ourselves but look forward to putting up a competition to the international elite women runners".
The long distance running coach for the Indian team Nikolai Snesarev is positive about the local runners.
"The Indian contingent is very dedicated and has been practising very hard over the past few months completing all stages of preparation for an elite event such as ADHM 2015.
